FS70380 is an AS568-380 blue Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 11.475 in (291.47 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 11.895 in (302.13 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The compound resists petroleum oils, aromatic fuels and jet fuel, and chlorinated solvents. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) offers the standard choice for static aerospace fuel system seals and silicone's low-temperature flexibility combined with fuel resistance. Published continuous service range is -80°F (-62.2°C) to 350°F (176.7°C). It is not the right choice where ketones or hydrazine are present.
