FS70452 is an AS568-452 blue Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 11.475 in (291.47 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 12.025 in (305.44 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) is widely chosen for a very wide service temperature range, excellent ozone and UV stability. It resists chlorinated solvents, aromatic fuels and jet fuel, and ozone and weathering. Service temperature is rated from -80°F (-62.2°C) through 350°F (176.7°C). Exposure to hydrazine or ketones will shorten service life.
