The FS70469 is an AS568-469 blue Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 19.955 in (506.86 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 20.505 in (520.83 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) is known for excellent ozone and UV stability, silicone's low-temperature flexibility combined with fuel resistance. This material stands up to petroleum oils, chlorinated solvents, and extreme cold. Continuous operating temperature is published at -80°F (-62.2°C) to 350°F (176.7°C). Applications involving high-temperature dynamic service or hydrazine call for a different compound.
