APG stocks the FS70924, an AS568-924 blue Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.72 in (43.69 mm), a cross section of 0.118 in (3 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.956 in (49.68 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

It resists aromatic fuels and jet fuel, chlorinated solvents, and ozone and weathering. Fluorosilicone (FVMQ) is specified for the standard choice for static aerospace fuel system seals and good compression set resistance in static duty. Published continuous service range is -80°F (-62.2°C) to 350°F (176.7°C). Exposure to ketones or hydrazine will shorten service life.
