METRIC NITRILE V SEAL 12A (Type A)

Ordered as FVB-0012-A, this is a Buna-N (Nitrile) Type A V-Ring Seal measuring a nominal shaft size of 12A. The v-ring seal acts as a primary or secondary exclusion seal that flings dirt and water away as the shaft turns.

It resists greases and lubricants, petroleum-based oils, and water. Buna-N (Nitrile) is valued for reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, strong abrasion and tear resistance. Exposure to polar solvents or ozone and direct sunlight will shorten service life.
