METRIC NITRILE V SEAL 20S (Type S)

FVB-0020-S is a Buna-N (Nitrile) Type S V-Ring Seal built to a nominal shaft size of 20S. In service, this v-ring seal stretches onto a shaft and seals axially against a counterface, shedding contamination by centrifugal action.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is known for the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. Expect good resistance to water, greases and lubricants, and propane and butane. Verify compatibility before use with polar solvents or ketones.
