METRIC NITRILE V SEAL 85S (Type S)

APG stocks the FVB-0085-S, a Buna-N (Nitrile) Type S V-Ring Seal with a nominal shaft size of 85S. A v-ring seal acts as a primary or secondary exclusion seal that flings dirt and water away as the shaft turns.

Buna-N (Nitrile) offers strong abrasion and tear resistance, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. The compound resists propane and butane, petroleum-based oils, and greases and lubricants. It should not be specified for service in ketones or polar solvents.
