APG stocks the FVB-1100-A, a Buna-N (Nitrile) Type A V-Ring Seal. A v-ring seal stretches onto a shaft and seals axially against a counterface, shedding contamination by centrifugal action.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) is valued for strong abrasion and tear resistance, an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs. It resists petroleum-based oils, water, and hydraulic fluids. It is not the right choice where polar solvents or strong acids are present.
