METRIC FLUOROELASTOMER V SEAL TYPE A

Ordered as FVV-0028-A, this is a Viton® (FKM) Type A V-Ring Seal. The v-ring seal installs without tools and seals against the face of a housing or bearing.

Viton® (FKM) is valued for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. It resists aggressive chemicals, many acids, and engine and transmission fluids. Exposure to hot water and steam or ketones and esters will shorten service life.
