METRIC FLUOROELASTOMER V SEAL TYPE A

FVV-0030-A is a Viton® (FKM) Type A V-Ring Seal. In service, this v-ring seal protects a main seal by keeping abrasive contamination away from the sealing lip.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) offers outstanding high-temperature capability, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation. The compound resists engine and transmission fluids, many acids, and petroleum oils and fuels. Applications involving hot water and steam or low-molecular-weight organic acids call for a different compound.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across semiconductor equipment, automotive fuel systems, and oil and gas.
