METRIC FLUOROELASTOMER V SEAL TYPE S

APG stocks the FVV-0050-S, a Viton® (FKM) Type S V-Ring Seal. A v-ring seal installs without tools and seals against the face of a housing or bearing.

It resists aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum oils and fuels, and engine and transmission fluids. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Viton® (FKM) is specified for the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit, excellent resistance to compression set and permeation.

Typical settings include automotive fuel systems, semiconductor equipment, and chemical processing.
