APG stocks the FVV-0095-A, a Viton® (FKM) Type A V-Ring Seal. A v-ring seal protects a main seal by keeping abrasive contamination away from the sealing lip.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) delivers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. The compound resists aggressive chemicals, engine and transmission fluids, and many acids. It is not the right choice where ketones and esters or hot water and steam are present.

Typical settings include semiconductor equipment, automotive fuel systems, and high-temperature process equipment.
