METRIC VITON V-SEAL V-200-A

Ordered as FVV-0200-A, this is a Viton® (FKM) Type A V-Ring Seal supplied with a height of 15 inch. The v-ring seal protects a main seal by keeping abrasive contamination away from the sealing lip.

Viton® (FKM) is known for very low compression set at elevated temperature and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. The compound resists many acids, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated solvents. Exposure to hot water and steam or low-molecular-weight organic acids will shorten service life.

Common environments for this compound include high-temperature process equipment, automotive fuel systems, and oil and gas.
