V RING 500 MM VITON

This v-ring seal is supplied in Viton® (FKM), catalogued under part number FVV-0500-A. It installs without tools and seals against the face of a housing or bearing.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, outstanding high-temperature capability. The compound resists engine and transmission fluids, many acids, and petroleum oils and fuels. It is not the right choice where ketones and esters or low-molecular-weight organic acids are present.
