H5.3X118 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 118 mm (4.646 in), a cross section of 5.3 mm (0.209 in), and an outside diameter of 128.6 mm (5.06 in). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) is valued for the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer and an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs. The material holds up against water, hydraulic fluids, and propane and butane. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C).
