H5.3X60 is a black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 60 mm (2.362 in), a cross section of 5.3 mm (0.209 in), and an outside diameter of 70.6 mm (2.78 in). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified for the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer and low compression set under sustained load. This material stands up to water, petroleum-based oils, and propane and butane. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in ozone and direct sunlight or automotive brake fluid.
