568-024 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

HS70024 is an AS568-024 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.114 in (28.3 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.254 in (31.85 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Expect good resistance to petroleum oils and fuels, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and heat and oxidation. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for excellent abrasion and tear strength, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where ketones or esters are present.
