*568-010 BLACK HNBR HSN70 O-Ring

HSN70010 is an AS568-010 black HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.239 in (6.07 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.379 in (9.63 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

The material holds up against sour gas and amine inhibitors, petroleum oils and fuels, and modern refrigerants. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, excellent abrasion and tear strength. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in chlorinated hydrocarbons or esters.

It sees regular use in oilfield and downhole equipment, commercial refrigeration, and automotive air conditioning.
