568-021 BLACK HNBR HSN70 O-Ring

HSN70021 is an AS568-021 black HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.926 in (23.52 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.066 in (27.08 mm). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression and oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Expect good resistance to modern refrigerants, heat and oxidation, and petroleum oils and fuels. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C).

Typical settings include commercial refrigeration, automotive air conditioning, and heavy-duty powertrain.
