Part number HS70112 is an AS568-112 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.487 in (12.37 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.693 in (17.6 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression and the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability.
