Part number HSN70125 is an AS568-125 black HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.299 in (32.99 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.505 in (38.23 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

It resists sour gas and amine inhibitors, heat and oxidation, and ozone and weathering. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to esters or strong oxidizing acids will shorten service life.
