The HS70208 is an AS568-208 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.609 in (15.47 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.887 in (22.53 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

The material holds up against ozone and weathering, petroleum oils and fuels, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, excellent abrasion and tear strength. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).
