HSN (HNBR) 80 568-014

HSN80014 is an AS568-014 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.489 in (12.42 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.629 in (15.98 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The material holds up against modern refrigerants, petroleum oils and fuels, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service.

It sees regular use in oilfield and downhole equipment, automotive air conditioning, and engine timing systems.
