HSN (HNBR) 80 568-021

The HSN80021 is an AS568-021 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.926 in (23.52 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.066 in (27.08 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Expect good resistance to heat and oxidation, ozone and weathering, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where esters or strong oxidizing acids are present.

Typical settings include engine timing systems, oilfield and downhole equipment, and commercial refrigeration.

HSN80021 ships individually. Unit weight is approximately 0.25 g. Application requirements vary, so validate compatibility with your process conditions prior to installation.
