APG stocks the HSN80127, an AS568-127 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.424 in (36.17 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.63 in (41.4 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, excellent abrasion and tear strength. This material stands up to heat and oxidation, petroleum oils and fuels, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Applications involving chlorinated hydrocarbons or ketones call for a different compound.

It sees regular use in engine timing systems, commercial refrigeration, and heavy-duty powertrain.
