HSN (HNBR) 80 568-137

The HSN80137 is an AS568-137 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 2.05 in (52.07 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.256 in (57.3 mm). This o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Expect good resistance to heat and oxidation, modern refrigerants, and petroleum oils and fuels. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers excellent abrasion and tear strength, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). Verify compatibility before use with strong oxidizing acids or chlorinated hydrocarbons.

It sees regular use in automotive air conditioning, oilfield and downhole equipment, and commercial refrigeration.
