HSN (HNBR) 80 568-212

HSN80212 is an AS568-212 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.859 in (21.82 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.137 in (28.88 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression and the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. The material holds up against petroleum oils and fuels, modern refrigerants, and heat and oxidation. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).

It sees regular use in oilfield and downhole equipment, commercial refrigeration, and engine timing systems.
