HSN (HNBR) 80 568-351

The HSN80351 is an AS568-351 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 4.725 in (120.02 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.145 in (130.68 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The compound resists sour gas and amine inhibitors, modern refrigerants, and petroleum oils and fuels. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression and the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).
