APG stocks the HSN80469, an AS568-469 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 19.955 in (506.86 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 20.505 in (520.83 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. Expect good resistance to ozone and weathering, petroleum oils and fuels, and heat and oxidation. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Applications involving chlorinated hydrocarbons or strong oxidizing acids call for a different compound.
