HSN (HNBR) 80 568-011

The HSN80011 is an AS568-011 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.301 in (7.65 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.441 in (11.2 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. This material stands up to heat and oxidation, modern refrigerants, and ozone and weathering. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service.
