HSN (HNBR) 80 568-019

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-019 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A supplied with an inside diameter of 0.801 in (20.35 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.941 in (23.9 mm), catalogued under part number HSN80019. It delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. Expect good resistance to sour gas and amine inhibitors, modern refrigerants, and ozone and weathering. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in ketones or chlorinated hydrocarbons.
