HSN (HNBR) 80 568-022

APG stocks the HSN80022, an AS568-022 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.989 in (25.12 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.129 in (28.68 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for excellent abrasion and tear strength, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. The compound resists ozone and weathering, petroleum oils and fuels, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).
