HSN (HNBR) 80 568-106

The HSN80106 is an AS568-106 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.174 in (4.42 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.38 in (9.65 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The material holds up against heat and oxidation, petroleum oils and fuels, and ozone and weathering. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, excellent abrasion and tear strength. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. Exposure to esters or chlorinated hydrocarbons will shorten service life.
