HSN (HNBR) 80 568-110

Part number HSN80110 is an AS568-110 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.362 in (9.19 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.568 in (14.43 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. The material holds up against sour gas and amine inhibitors, heat and oxidation, and petroleum oils and fuels. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in strong oxidizing acids or chlorinated hydrocarbons.

It sees regular use in heavy-duty powertrain, oilfield and downhole equipment, and engine timing systems.
