HSN (HNBR) 80 568-112

APG stocks the HSN80112, an AS568-112 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.487 in (12.37 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.693 in (17.6 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Expect good resistance to ozone and weathering, heat and oxidation, and petroleum oils and fuels. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for excellent abrasion and tear strength, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to esters or strong oxidizing acids will shorten service life.
