Part number HSN80144 is an AS568-144 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.487 in (63.17 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.693 in (68.4 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The compound resists heat and oxidation, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and petroleum oils and fuels. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, excellent abrasion and tear strength. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in ketones or chlorinated hydrocarbons.
