Ordered as HSN80233, this is an AS568-233 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.859 in (72.62 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.137 in (79.68 mm). The o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The material holds up against heat and oxidation, modern refrigerants, and petroleum oils and fuels. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, excellent abrasion and tear strength. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in esters or ketones.
