Ordered as HSN80324, this is an AS568-324 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.35 in (34.29 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.77 in (44.96 mm). The o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. The material holds up against petroleum oils and fuels, ozone and weathering, and modern refrigerants. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to strong oxidizing acids or chlorinated hydrocarbons will shorten service life.
