Ordered as HSN80326, this is an AS568-326 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.6 in (40.64 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.02 in (51.31 mm). The o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

It resists petroleum oils and fuels, ozone and weathering, and heat and oxidation. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where esters or ketones are present.

Typical settings include commercial refrigeration, oilfield and downhole equipment, and automotive air conditioning.
