The HSN80331 is an AS568-331 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.225 in (56.52 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.645 in (67.18 mm). This o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Expect good resistance to heat and oxidation, ozone and weathering, and petroleum oils and fuels. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) offers strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, excellent abrasion and tear strength. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to ketones or strong oxidizing acids will shorten service life.
