HSN (HNBR) 80 568-343

The HSN80343 is an AS568-343 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 3.725 in (94.62 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.145 in (105.28 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for excellent abrasion and tear strength, strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. Expect good resistance to modern refrigerants, heat and oxidation, and ozone and weathering. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in chlorinated hydrocarbons or esters.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across engine timing systems, commercial refrigeration, and oilfield and downhole equipment.
