This o-ring is supplied in AS568-347 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 4.225 in (107.32 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.645 in (117.98 mm), catalogued under part number HSN80347. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

It resists ozone and weathering, modern refrigerants, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in chlorinated hydrocarbons or strong oxidizing acids.
