HSN80358 is an AS568-358 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 5.6 in (142.24 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.02 in (152.91 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, excellent abrasion and tear strength. The compound resists petroleum oils and fuels, heat and oxidation, and modern refrigerants. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in esters or chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Typical settings include oilfield and downhole equipment, automotive air conditioning, and heavy-duty powertrain.
