HSN (HNBR) 80 568-364

The HSN80364 is an AS568-364 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 6.725 in (170.82 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.145 in (181.48 mm). This o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for excellent abrasion and tear strength, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. The compound resists modern refrigerants, ozone and weathering, and petroleum oils and fuels. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It should not be specified for service in esters or strong oxidizing acids.

It sees regular use in heavy-duty powertrain, automotive air conditioning, and engine timing systems.
