HSN80367 is an AS568-367 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 7.475 in (189.87 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 7.895 in (200.53 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The material holds up against sour gas and amine inhibitors, heat and oxidation, and petroleum oils and fuels. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). Applications involving ketones or esters call for a different compound.
