HSN80368 is an AS568-368 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 7.725 in (196.22 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.145 in (206.88 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for excellent abrasion and tear strength, strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. This material stands up to ozone and weathering, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and petroleum oils and fuels. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Applications involving ketones or strong oxidizing acids call for a different compound.
