An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

This material stands up to ozone and weathering, heat and oxidation, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, excellent abrasion and tear strength. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to ketones or esters will shorten service life.
