568-145 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

The HSN90145 is an AS568-145 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 2.55 in (64.77 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.756 in (70 mm). This o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. Expect good resistance to heat and oxidation, modern refrigerants, and petroleum oils and fuels. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Applications involving chlorinated hydrocarbons or esters call for a different compound.

Typical settings include automotive air conditioning, heavy-duty powertrain, and oilfield and downhole equipment.
