The HSN90243 is an AS568-243 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 4.109 in (104.37 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.387 in (111.43 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. The material holds up against sour gas and amine inhibitors, ozone and weathering, and petroleum oils and fuels. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).

Typical settings include commercial refrigeration, automotive air conditioning, and engine timing systems.
