HSN90031 is an AS568-031 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.739 in (44.17 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.879 in (47.73 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

It resists heat and oxidation, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and ozone and weathering. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for excellent abrasion and tear strength, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where chlorinated hydrocarbons or ketones are present.

Typical settings include oilfield and downhole equipment, heavy-duty powertrain, and engine timing systems.

HSN90031 ships individually. Nominal inside diameter is listed as 1 3/4 inch. Application requirements vary, so validate compatibility with your process conditions prior to installation.
